CONZFRESH Agri-Tech was founded on one observation: India’s farmers were not losing money to fraud — they were losing it to ignorance. Unorganized contractors oversold sheds. Bank files failed on technicalities. Subsidy dossiers gathered dust.

We became the single accountable partner that takes a project from bare land to profitable first batch — combining enterprise-grade project management with grassroots community trust through the Sarvam Educational Trust SHG network across Namakkal, Salem and the Kolli Hills.

To build the physical and financial foundation of modern poultry farming.

Engineer Gold Standard Infrastructure: To design, finance, and construct Environment Controlled (EC) poultry sheds that strictly adhere to the CONZFRESH Gold Standard (100% air-tightness, automated climate control, and 20-second ATS power redundancy), ensuring optimal bird comfort and maximum yield.
Guarantee Financial Viability: To provide bank-ready Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) with scientifically modeled IRR (22.8%) and DSCR (1.33) metrics, ensuring a 92%+ loan sanction success rate with NABARD, SBI, and PNB.
Maximize Subsidy Recovery: To navigate complex government frameworks (AHIDF, AIF, NLM) and successfully recover ₹25 Lakhs to ₹50 Lakhs in capital subsidies for our clients through meticulous 22-point dossier management.

Deploy Precision IoT Automation: To install and monitor proprietary SCADA and IoT sensor networks across all client farms, providing 24/7 real-time visibility into temperature, humidity, ammonia levels, and water consumption via the CONZFRESH Connect dashboard.
Optimize Biological Performance: To maintain a Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) below 1.55 and batch mortality below 4% through data-driven batch advisory, automated feeding lines, and C-type cooling pad management.
Establish a Decentralized Franchise Network: To scale operations across 38 districts in Tamil Nadu and 31 districts in Karnataka by onboarding and training a network of District Master Franchisees (DMFs) and local agri-dealers.

Circular Economy & Environmental Objectives

To execute the "Zero-Waste" mandate in partnership with CSR funders.

Close the Nutrient Loop: To aggregate 100% of poultry manure generated by CONZFRESH farms via MGMK Logistics’ reverse-supply fleet, eliminating illegal dumping and TNPCB compliance violations.
Fuel Renewable Energy: To supply high-nitrogen poultry waste as critical feedstock to the ₹10.4 Crore Sarvam Trust-funded Centralized Waste-to-Energy (WtE) Plant, co-digesting it with municipal solid waste to achieve the optimal 25:1 C:N ratio for maximum biogas and electricity yield.
Achieve Carbon Neutrality: To integrate 40kW Solar and 5kW Wind Hybrid micro-grids into farm designs, transforming EC sheds into "Zero-Power-Bill" assets and significantly reducing the agricultural carbon footprint.

To align with Sarvam Educational Trust and Godrej Industries CSR mandates.

Facilitate Frictionless Regulatory Clearances: To route a "Village Bio-Security Fee" through Sarvam Trust for every farm built, funding local sanitation drives, dustbin installations, and tree plantations that secure instant Gram Panchayat and TNPCB NOCs through community goodwill.
Empower Rural Women & SHGs: To create localized micro-economies by employing village Women’s Self-Help Groups (SHGs) for the segregation, packaging, and distribution of organic compost.
Drive Organic Farming Adoption: To process Sarvam Trust digestate into "CONZFRESH Gold Organics" bio-fertilizers, and supply them as "Organic Starter Kits" to the 1,500+ farmers trained under the Godrej CSR-funded Organic Farming Workshops.
Host Experiential Learning: To maintain the CONZFRESH Model Circular Agri-Park as the official "Exposure Visit" destination for NGO and KVK-led farmer training programs, bridging the gap between high-tech poultry and sustainable organic crop cultivation.
