What we collect
- Lead form submissions — the name, phone/WhatsApp number, district, land size, road access and message you voluntarily submit through the Free Land Scorecard or Contact forms.
- Technical data — your IP address and browser user-agent, stored with each submission for spam and audit purposes.
- Cookies — standard WordPress cookies for logged-in users and commenters. No advertising trackers are set by this site.
How we use it
Lead data is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry: scorecard preparation, project consultation, DPR and subsidy discussions, and follow-up by our engineering desk. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties. Submission details may be shared internally with our engineering and finance desks and, where you explicitly proceed with a project, with partner banks or integrators strictly as needed for that purpose.
Storage & retention
Enquiries are stored in our private lead desk (WordPress admin) and are retained for up to 36 months from last contact, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent to further contact, by emailing info@conzfresh.com. We respond within 30 days. Indian residents may additionally raise grievances under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 through the same address.
Security
The site enforces TLS encryption, nonce-protected forms and honeypot spam filtering. Access to the lead desk is restricted to authorised CONZFRESH personnel.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. This policy is effective as of January 2026.
